Female connector includes horizontal grooves on the sliding collar that provide a great grip in the direction needed when pulling back collar to connect or disconnect the coupler. Vertically knurled grips on the base and on the nozzle provide traction for opening and closing the nozzle and also screwing the coupler end into hoses or other devices with a standard 3/4 inch GHT connection. Grooves and knurls have been designed to provide the best traction in the direction needed, even with wet hands.
Male connector includes vertical knurling to provide grip while screwing connector to faucet, hose end, or other devices with a standard 3/4 in GHT connection. Connector includes a 1 inch O.D. standard garden hose washer and a 5/8 inch O.D., 7/16 inch I.D. O-Ring to ensure leak proof performance up to 200 PSI.
