I bought these along with the quick connectors to have on hand when needed. So far I haven't needed them. I hope they won't deteriorate significantly by the time I need to use them!

Replaced missing rubber washer
I was missing a rubber washer from my gorilla easy connect order. I called and explained what I found. I asked for the size of the washer so I could get the correct one from the hardware store. But was pleasantly surprised when I was told they would ship me a new set of washers. The washers were put in the mail the same day. I didn’t expect them to replace the washer but great response and great company to deal with. I will definitely be back for more Gorilla products in the future.

Just what I needed
I wasn't sure if I could get replacement O'rings for my connector. I reached out to them and they gave me the link to purchase the replacements. Now I'm sure my connectors will be around for a very long time.
